The weather has been marvelous, and now that the project's done I'm happily taking advantage of it. I am sorry all you US people are having such a miserable winter; here the crocuses and daffodils are already pushing up in the parks. Daffodils and leeks also appeared on lapels for St. David's Day last week.
I had a wonderful visit with Jenny, who was over here for a couple of days. It was great to hit up some of the museums, parks, and markets I hadn't been to yet with her. I've also gone to some excellent concerts recently, ranging from classical music by candlelight to jazz in a crypt to modern indie-electro-jazzy-pop (or however you want to classify the tUnE-yArDs). I'm now of the opinion that the best way to hear jazz is underground, among old stone arches. That's most of what's been happening around here - stay tuned!
